Recently, in Sihanouk Province there are often electricity problem. I mean when we are using it and it just off for 2 to 3 hours. This happen especially in the evening when we’re really need the electricity. When people need light to lighten up their house when they are relaxing from the full day of work to watch TV, using computer and cook meal. And some people really need the electricity to continue their works or business.
This problem has happened regularly sometime in the early evening and sometime at 8 or 9 o’clock at night. We didn’t have that kind of problem for quite long in Sihanoukville, but recently this problem annoyed lots of Sihanoukvillian.
“We pay the bill in full price, we never confront about the high of costs, we try never complaint about this problem, but now it seems to be regular that we can not shut our mouth. We don’t complaint about the bill but we just need the service we deserve that all we need. But we are really annoyed by this problem and we can do nothing” said a man living in Sihanouk province.
Looking on the street with no light where people doing their business rely on the light and electricity stun when they’re doing their works and then all the light is off, people watching their beloved TV program or using their computer frown when the electricity problem spoiled their works.
The reason of the electricity off regularly is unknown and people are waiting for the excuse and hope that this problem won’t last any longer. People are waiting and hoping for the normal electricity power they used to use for their entertainment, relaxing, family meeting, works, and also their business.
